Get Out The Red, White and Blue!

It's Time For A Parade!

One of the highlights of Hog Fest is the annual parade.  Over one hundred entries, coursing along a two mile route with thousands of people lined up all the way to see it.  This event actually started as an annual Labor Day parade before Hog Days was even born!  Then, in 1970, it became the Hog Days parade and was moved to Saturday.  Expertly organized by the Kewanee Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors Club, if you're wanting an audience to proudly show off you and your organization,  then this is where you belong. And be sure and bring your lawn chair.  This affair takes an hour and a half to complete! Details on how to enter the parade are available here.
