Friday 5 PM-9 PM; Saturday/Sunday 11 AM-9 PM; Monday 11 AM-5 PM (or earlier if we run out!) World's Largest Outdoor Pork Barbecue On the green space at Third & Tremont Streets Butterfly and pork patty sandwiches are available.  The lines ARE LONG around lunch and supper times so please be prepared to wait. All other times expect short to moderate serving lines.  2007 Prices: butterflies $3.00 each; pork patties $1.00 each. 2 PM The Hog Days Parade

Parade begins at East and 2nd Streets, moves west on 2nd to Main Street, south on Main to Central Boulevard, west on Central to finish at Grove Street  

the parade usually has over 100 entries and runs about 1 1/2 hours.  Bring your own lawn chairs for seating. more info on the parade is available here
